Our engineering team prepares house plans and a bill of quantities. You receive drawings and a priced BOQ to approve.

We handle municipal and council approvals. You receive copies of every approved document.

Construction
Foundation to roof, managed by one team. Progress is reported weekly on WhatsApp with photos. A family member or representative can visit the site on your behalf.

Windows, doors & finishes
Our own fenestration, glass and steel teams fit out the house. You receive progress photos at each stage.

Handover
Final inspection and keys. You receive a handover report and your keys, without flying home to check on builders.
